Chubbie Chips allows customers to receive credit notes or exchanges within 30 days for items meeting specific conditions. Refunds are only issued for faulty items, and returns can be refused if they do not meet the specified terms.

 

To qualify for returns/exchanges:

1. Items must be purchased at full price.

2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. Items must be in original condition, in their original packaging

4. Items must not be used, damaged, or altered
